If even one line above connects with you, we at Muncie Crossfit want to introduce you to our new Pulse training program. Pulse is a 45 minute protocol run at 5:15 PM on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week starting on Monday October 10th. This protocol involves no weightlifting or barbell work, so if you have pre-existing injuries or are not keen on weight lifting as a fit for you, then this is your program.

Pulse will also be a part of our foundations system readying those whose goal is to be a Crossfitter, but need to work on mechanics, mobility and build a cardiovascular endurance base. Any current unlimited member can join our Pulse class rather than the WOD (Workout of the Day) if they choose to.

What you can expect at each session:

- Cardio/metabolic conditioning programming each session -- your heart rate will be up and working! We recommend you bring a heart rate monitor, fitbit or Apple watch to keep track of your progress
- Nearly constant movement for the majority of the class
- Starts on time and ends on time -- 45 minutes (do not be late)
- Mobility and flexibility training each session
- Cool down immediately after training -- teaching longevity, injury prevention and fast recovery regardless of age
- Certified, experienced and focused coach
- Custom online programming accessible via our app, so you can still train ‘with us’ if life/business won’t allow you to make it each session at 5:15 PM. Simply enter your results, and you have not missed class!
- Local world class facility tailored to deliver a training protocol like this

The trial cost of the program is $85 per month (about $6.50 per class in a typical month) for everything outlined above. The initial term is a one month commitment, that will auto renew at the same rate unless you choose otherwise.

Our first class is on Monday October 10th at 5:15 PM at The Arsenal at 115 S. Walnut St. in downtown Muncie.
